Freshdesk has some spam assist that runs in the background and in some cases it blocks the access to create new support ticket so if you are getting an error "We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page." or for any other reason when you are not able to send support ticket you can simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and it will automatically convert into ticket.
